Aluminum Corporation of China ("Chinalco") wishes  to announce that Chinalco's entire shareholding in Rio Tinto plc, which was held under a custodian agreement with Lehman Brothers International Europe, has been transferred to a new custodian acting on behalf of Chinalco.
