To ensure the single track operation of electronic files in the corporate office and facilitate electronic file delivery from the corporate office to member units, Chinalco’s General Office, Chalco’s Presidential Office and IT department organized a training for Chinalco and Chalco staff on use of electronic file exchange platform and electronic seals in the function room at the fourth floor of Chinalco building from Jan 8 to Jan 9, 2008. Staff in charge of corporate seals and system maintenance of all companies affiliated to Chinalco and Chalco, in total of 100 representatives, attended the training. During the training period, electronic seals for nearly 60 units are made and distributed. In the meantime, practices were organized on electronic drafting test and electronic seal use. The training has achieved satisfactory results, laying a solid foundation for the next step single track operation of electronic file. Heads of the General Office, the Presidential Office and IT department attended the training opening ceremony for mobilization and arrangement.
